I was luck to be able to start at entry level and work my way up to Supervisor.

Cons

Every job is paid at the entry level within the company. Your chance for a raise only came once a year. Even then, the amount you had a chance to earn was extremely low. This made it extremely difficult to keep employees motivated. The turnover of employees is very high which made it difficult to keep production and quality rates at the minimum level, let alone a higher one.

Pros

Beautiful Offices, staff members are usually very friendly, there are a few great customers to interact with. If you want a job where you show up and do what you are told (and you don't want to think), this is the place for you.

Cons

Company doesn't grow; leadership and teambuilding are just lip-service; an environment that doesn't trust people so is very controlling and micromanaging; Values are spoken about often, but not put into practice.

The friends i made there was probably the best thing i received from this place.

Cons

Supervisor didn't know what she was doing always did a half job of what she should've been doing. Since we work on production, she was always changing standards without informing people. There was no structure what so ever. We were so short handed people were getting overwhelmed. There was at least five call outs a week. Datamark doesn't take care of there employees what so ever. Health program sucked it didn't even meet the requirements. Management never had anything under control either. Employee turn over rate is horrible. I would never recommend this job to my worse enemy. After being there six years they treated me like crap.
