Interviewed in December in request for the position in El Paso. I was sent a review link and had the pay equaled the job responsibilities I would have pursued the opportunity further. Intelligent and friendly interviewer who answered every question and explained the company in great detail.

Nothing that is worth highlighting....very disappointing company.

Cons

Poor HRIS systems, tedious excel spreadsheets for everything, horrible onboarding, low wages, and no teamwork from any of the HR teams in the business. HR Leadership is unprofessional and does not investigate ANY concerns that arise especially when it involves one of the owners. Definitely seek other options before Datamark.
