Pros

I like that the company provides you with structured goals so you know exactly what is expected of you. There are some opportunities to work on activities that challenge you so you can grow. The company also meets twice a year for team building and recognition which is important for the culture.

Cons

There isn't any work from home, but they made that clear in the interview process so I really can't complain. Besides, being in office has provided me with the opportunity to meet new people and make friends. Plus the office is downtown, so it is easy to get to.

Pros

Great company events such as Chihuahua's, locomotives, and UTEP game tickets. Great semi-annual events in Ruidoso. Acts of Service is great because you can get a paid day off for volunteering.

Cons

The worst PTO I've ever seen. If you are a new hire you accrue at 3.08 per pay period. Meaning you would get not even a full 8-hour day after working for a month. No hybrid flexibility. No maternity leave. Bereavement is TWO DAYS. 6 holidays. People are expected to work on the 24th of December and the day after Thanksgiving. No tuition reimbursement.

None really. No flexibility, zero all in office, the only positive part is the coworkers

Cons

The entire culture is promote who they want nothing about it is done fairly. The one thing is some are out for themselves and gives no credit to anyone, it is a toxic environment with no repercussions to management for treating employees as negative as they want. Fake fake fake. Culture is corrupt and certain people get raises for zero reason oh I like them let’s give them a raise. Everyone is leaving in the department. I have never been treated as poorly as I was at Datamark. I felt I had to tell everyone the truth.
