Pros

The company is good over all and pays the salary on time. The biggest plus point is it offers work from home without having to go to office. The process is easy and does not require any documentation or multiple software to make notes or update data. It simply needs you to interpret live with clients.

Cons

The company does not bear the cost of the internet or give any hike/appraisal in the salary and one needs to work with the same ctc/salary throughout. Only a higher position ,TL and above gets a hike in salary. asking for leaves also a bit challenging especially if one needs for a longer time to enjoy a short vacation with family/friends.

Pros

Great people to work with. Corporate culture is probably the best I’ve ever seen in my 10+ years of working in corporate America. I am excited to see this company continue to grow! Great place to settle down and grow with the company!

Cons

0 chance of working from home. Even if you can do your job 100% remote. Although leadership is amazing, they have a very old-school mentality of doing things. Salary is decent for some roles but it should also get some upgrades.
