Pros

People that care about the employees and the clients.

Cons

Some exceptional employees who value each other and work hard for the better of the team, each other, community and clients. Lack of culture and favoritism is a part of the life at Datamark. Salaries for most are bare minimum and the only way to get a raise or promoted to the salary you are doing the job functions of daily is to resign. They pay HR as “administrators” or “coordinators”. When they are doing the job of a manager. Any other company with over 3000 employees pays for managers not coordinators to handle structural HR matters. The job description is that of a manager but their ploy is they change the title and have you do the work and pay you half of what the job actually should be paid.

No flexible or hybrid because they don’t trust their employees.
