DATAMARK is an amazing company with some of nicest people I have ever met. Everyone is really nice and understanding. I love waking up and coming to work everyday.

Pros

The building is nice the offices are old and spread out and do not have walls and have the office area is empty. It’s the most unprofessional set up. Anyone can walk by as HR is on the phone or having meetings as there are not walls. Terrible culture

Cons

Extremely toxic and mean girl club. They have the SMT so fooled into how sweet they are and behind their backs they are the most toxic cruel group of women I have ever encountered. No one stays working there and they talk vicious about everyone. Smile to their face and as soon as they walk away they talk horrible about you.

This company needs a makeover

This could be a great company.

Cons

Leadership is so blind to the managers who do not work, do not understand how to manage a business and make busy work instead of solving the actual problems. Run around in circles creating more work instead of qualifying the business needs and making accurate changes. They need a business outside analyst to come in and take a look hours upon hours are wasted on work that is not needed and or is complete done wrong.
