      The worst company to work at in El Paso

      None really. No flexibility, zero all in office, the only positive part is the coworkers

      Cons

      The entire culture is promote who they want nothing about it is done fairly. The one thing is some are out for themselves and gives no credit to anyone, it is a toxic environment with no repercussions to management for treating employees as negative as they want. Fake fake fake. Culture is corrupt and certain people get raises for zero reason oh I like them let’s give them a raise. Everyone is leaving in the department. I have never been treated as poorly as I was at Datamark. I felt I had to tell everyone the truth.

      Fake culture and narrative

      The people who care about each other and are not out to sabotage or start drama

      Cons

      The leadership. Condescending, half the team is leaving and the other half is trying to find a new job. We are treated like we are invisible unless we are in the line of fire. Rude, treats people as if she is above them in every aspect of life. I have seen the team beaten down by her actions. FA is going down hill and the person at the top she is too blame. Terrible culture I have shed too many tears.
