Pros

Friendly, helpful, very inviting and welcoming. The work is great and fulfilling.

Cons

One major con is the pay, it is only $10 an hour and I feel that the pay could be increased and if it could it would be the perfect place to work.

Horrible culture and managers lie

Nothing good about working here. They tell you how much bonus you will make and then they change it all the time.

Cons

Taking your bonus, not paying you on Christmas, manager who is so fake and lies don’t work there run. You can make more everywhere else and not play guess your bonus

Sorry to hear that your experience is/was not good. Changes are forthcoming in regards to pay and bonus structure, and the Christmas paycheck issue was attributed to certain financial institutions not releasing paychecks, not DATAMARK. However, in order to prevent the same situation from happening again, paydays have been moved from Monday to Friday. Thank you for the feedback.
