Nothing. It is the worst place to work

Cons

Pay is low, have to work to make bonus to make even enough to pay your gas to drive there. The dictator drove away the good manager who actually cared. Run fast everyone is quitting make more at McDonald’s

You would get weekends off... Sometimes.

Cons

Pay was horrendous, only thing that made it "decent" was the bonuses but it was so easy to lose that bonus, any little mistake could be used against you. Hours were really long and you could not leave until you finished your work. HR goes out of their way to get into your personal business.
