Pros

This company has a wonderful diverse, accepting, and friendly work environment. People are very helpful and stick to the core beliefs of the company to a suprising degree. They also have excellent accessibilty, and it feels like they legitimately care about you as an individual person, and not just a cog in the machine.

Cons

The only real downside is the strictness of the secure room, so if you need your phone to live, you wont like it here.

Great communication with Upper Management Good sense of humor all around Seeking those who are willing to move up within the company (internal promotion rate is higher than other companies)

Cons

Depending in your schedule you have to take a day off during the week. Doesn't allow us to work 6 days in a row
