Good People, Too much work, Too little pay

A good team would get recognition for your effort.

Cons

Improper resource management, too much over time, too little pay, no career growth, no clear career path, managed by old rigid rules which do not make sense now.

Pros

You are an employee not a contractor with the company so benefits are available and time off is available, you earn PTO and Floating Holidays. Supervisors are knowledgeable and have been there for years

Cons

Long hours at the company discretions and only a few days notice at times, pay is $10 with a small bonus program, no growth unless a team lead leaves
