3 days off, inbound calls

Cons

You have tk be very careful about the words that you say. Heavily micr managing needing to report after every no sale. They don't tell you about tier points until your hitting the floor, they also lie about pay saying agents make 6 figures when no one does. Constantly changes commision structure. Shrinking business as people are going away from tv which caused half of our staff to be laid off.
