Pros
used to be great pay. Good management. Fun working environment.
Cons
Commissions were cut in less than half. Before, if you were committed, you could make 85K a year. They changed commission scale, now its almost impossible to max out score (commission) card. Benefits are crap, you might as well not have insurance the deductible is so high, and what they cover even after hitting deductible is a joke. You have to be there, even in the middle of a whiteout blizzard. They take NO exception. You will get points if you can't make it in for any reason.
