Pros

I've worked for dish for 13 years and has been a great experience. I started in the CSC as a CSR and moved my way up to management then onto work in the Corp Offices. The opportunities are abundant if you apply yourself and stay focused.

Cons

The only thing I would like to see is Partner Benefits for the GBLT employees, it would make it easier for long term partners to be able to provide insurance.

Pros

Plenty of opportunity for "Cowboy Mentality" with respect to new projects, changes to processes and procedures. Alternately, if you are able to keep your head down and stay out of competing managers way you can last for a bit and may make some decent money for a while.

Cons

See above - "Cowboy Mentality" tends to run rough-shod over anyone it impacts. Company has NO concept of loyalty.

Pros

Exposure with executives. Lot of responsibility. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Corporate culture is awful, they babysit employees and put you on an exception report if you are in past 9. Not allowed to work from home. Benefits are poor. Salaries are below average.
