      You will get the opportunity to learn new skills and really advance your technical expertise. The leadership team at dish is always looking out for their employees and company. Job Expectations are clearly defined and career path advancements are also clearly defined.

      It can be loud inside the corporate building based on the desk layouts.

      Pros

      you get good people, some new things happening, lot of opportunities to learn and grow, new & latest technologies to work at.

      Cons

      no work-life balance, pay doesn't compare to long hours you need to work, management want you to work like 10+ hours a day for the pay of 8 with you not asking for any time off and extra pay. Management are hard and force their policies on you. Management don't keep their promises. they expect you do work like a manager/senior while paying you a junior employee salary.
