Absolutely no flexibility working from home. They have a badge policy that is arcane and ridiculous. If you're 30 seconds late, your manager will get an email notifying that you're tardy and they have to then enter a reason for your tardiness. There's no trust. They're handling of COVID was awful, they tried to force people back into the office. Most recently they told employees if they're not back by 7/6 they will be put on leave automatically. The benefits suck, there are no real perks, and so many people have left it's impossible to get anything done.

The culture. The biggest drawback is this place is incredibly old school. Top-down authoritarian style management from Charlie, limited personal freedom, and a resistance to change. There is also a notable lack of gender diversity in leadership positions
