      - A lot of new technology coming forward - Employees who have stayed over 10 years are very loyal to the company

      Cons

      - Feels like big brother is always watching. - Can never work from home - Benefits are not good - Management is very unorganized and it seems as though no one is on the same page - Must be in my 8:59am or you get written up to your manager - High Turnover

      Pros

      Having 3 days off a week is great.

      Cons

      Getting 3 days in a row off is impossible. You can never plan a weekend getaway again and say goodbye to spending holidays with your loved ones. The healthcare is horrible and much too expensive for a multi-faceted company boasting locations all over the country. They could have easily gotten a better plan but refuse to because it's a little extra money out of the profit pocket. Management is bad . They're disrespectful and don't care about your suggestions or opinions. I'm looking for a new job now, after 3 years of being stuck in this dead end job.

      Pros

      If you don't mind working yourself to death for ok pay this might be for you. You can rank up quickly, if you bend or break their rules, which is actually encouraged on the down low by management.

      Cons

      The corporation tries to make you feel like they care about you, until they have completely used you up. They will consume your entire mind body and soul. Things out of your control can cause you to be terminated.
