      If you stick around long enough you will be promoted. They are really good at promoting people.

      If you've recruited in Denver for more than 5 minutes you have likely heard stories about the culture in Dish. All of the rumors are true. And the candidates you're recruiting know this which makes it really hard to fill jobs. -Everyone must badge in no later than 9am. Not 9:01, or you end up on a report. -Zero work from home flexibility. Snowed in? Too bad, get to work or take a vacation day.

      Pros

      Free tv, a paycheck, and a few good coworkers. If you need a job, come to Dish, just don’t stay any longer than you have to.

      Cons

      Benefits were already way too expensive, now rates are going up another $780 per year for a family of 3. Making out of pocket medical expenses almost $11,000 for the year before the insurance company starts to contribute their 70% portion (that’s right, 70%, not the standard 80%). Practically nothing as far as HSA contributions, so no help there.
