A very Big Brother company. Management is horrendous at their jobs and can’t manage change, which happens all the time. Very poor performance reviews...no one knows what you do but can somehow grade you. A lot of nepotism, you need to know the right people to move up.

Commissions were cut in less than half. Before, if you were committed, you could make 85K a year. They changed commission scale, now its almost impossible to max out score (commission) card. Benefits are crap, you might as well not have insurance the deductible is so high, and what they cover even after hitting deductible is a joke. You have to be there, even in the middle of a whiteout blizzard. They take NO exception. You will get points if you can't make it in for any reason.
