      Pros

      It could have been better if only there was good leadership within the managers and supervisors. Management ruined it for me with showing of favoritism.

      Cons

      There is no support from anyone. Human Resources is there to protect their friends and vice versa. They tell employees things will get better and that employees are number one but that continues to be a lie. It is a joke with the ideas because management nor human resources follow up with employees that provided ideas. They just continue to steal ideas and make them their own like they always have. I'm happy that I finished with my school because now I have more options and then I'm outta here for good.

      Pros

      Steady full time constantly changing work requirements and periodically changing schedules. Overtime available most of the time. Conditional bonuses and incentives are available. Ground Floor stepping stone employment..

      Cons

      Employee turnover is enormous. If you are sick, on paid vacation, injured or are otherwise unavoidably detained you will forfeit accumulated incentive/bonus for not working required overtime hours. You progressively forfeit portion or all bonus/incentive for even minor QA infractions. If computer logs you in 1 minute late you forfeit relevant holiday pay. Need thick skin to tolerate angry, abusive customers, screaming agents and Team Leaders.

      Free Basic Dish programming; well nothing is free, wages suck so they give you free basic programming to shut you up

      Cons

      Long work hours Put on projects with promises of resources then none given Pay is terrible Cocky arrogant management team Immature management team Worry more about image than Safety, Quality, and Production Hark on insignificant areas instead of those areas which will grow the business Supervisors are morons
