Performance Appraisal Process.- Dish uses the stack ranking method as the base on their performance appraisals, this is not good for many employees as there always going to be employees at the bottom of the ranking, these employees might end up more than likely on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) even thought these persons performed at the expected rates all year long. Insurance deductible is too high!! I guess Mr. Charlie Ergen wants to keep all the millions for himself and don’t want to contribute more money towards this benefit for the employees. The moral of most employees is low due to the overall bad work environment. Downward communication is poor, Salaries are low at all levels!
