There is very much an environment of what have you done for me today at dish network. The amount of pressure they place on agents is absurd and quiet frankly In my opinion borderline torture. They make you check in with a supervisor during EVERY call that would result in a no sale or an account closing. They will tell you that you are doing a wonderful all the way up until they fire you citing low performance, mine was for the year 3 months after It had passed. Some supervisors were on the phones for less than 6 months and will even teach you things that are wrong or incorrect yet take no responsibility if you are to make a mistake at their behest that can result in your termination. There is absolutely no future in this company and the struggles were very apparent in morning meetings when we would sometimes be literally screamed at for an hour then sent into the phones.
