Unfortunately sometimes those people with years and years of experience want to build the same carriers they left, with the same problems and the same archaic structure. It is tough to get everything and everyone moving towards the same goals, especially when those goals aren't shared. The Infinite brand won't be built on a price point alone. There simply isn't anything compelling to make customers want to join yet and being associated with Boost Mobile is a negative. Benefits are meh.

I was hired as a remote employee yet everyday there are threats that remote work is ending. This company is going to go bankrupt and fast. Charlie Ergen is a lunatic who has no business here. This has to be the worst place to work. Layoffs constantly, leadership has unreasonable expectations about where the business is headed, and overall it’s just not a good place to work at all. They are “laying off” anyone who has any type of PiP or unfavorable performance review rather than trying to coach and develop people. They are blaming the employees for the problems of the business. The benefits here are absolute worst in class. That includes everything from PTO to medical. Only 7 total holidays a year. I regret taking a job here and am actively trying to get the heck out of dodge willfully before they inevitably find a reason to fire or do a “layoff”. All of their senior leadership is jumping ship fast. Do not apply here.
