      Pros

      Great place to gain experience. Dish is attempting to innovate and expand product offerings, which is super exciting

      Cons

      Culture and environment are stale. High turnover, resulting in communication issues. Inability to work from home and DISH’s lax Covid practices were disappointing. Hoped for better

      Started out Amazing, ended up awful

      Pros

      8 years ago they were employee focused and it was an awesome job. Not anymore Pay is good, but only once you’ve been there for awhile and managed to get to level 4 tech.

      Cons

      Sales is the only thing they care about, despite what they might tell you. You could be flawless everywhere but if your sales are low, you are meaningless to them. Work long hours, don’t know when you’ll get home They try and get you to do extra things like install Internet and Coach new hires but you receive no extra compensation but your workload and required knowledge will increase. You don’t even get actual commission for your sales. They award you “perk points” that you can use to purchase stuff on their website.

      Pros

      Salary is competitive. Several open positions for growth if you are in the Denver area.

      Cons

      Company is filled with misogynistic men as leaders who only care about pinning blame on others. Company policies require people to be in the office from 9-5 every day and benefits are terrible.
