Pros

Great pay and excellent advancement opportunities. They'll work with you on your schedule.

Cons

The nature of the call center business will slowly drain your soul unless you develop some sort of coping mechanism.

Pros

It's very typical as a call center. the best part of the call center was the showers and the small cafe in the office. it was nice to have things to do during break time without having to leave the office all day.

Cons

Sometimes it seemed that management was not connected to the supervisors. It did lack communication

Pros

TImely paychecks, decent starting pay and training for other jobs in the future? Friendly coworkers and supervisors are fairly friendly. The management was very nice to me actually, I don't even know why since I was just another commoner. There was a rule about 5 attendance points is a final warning and termination. Through my 2 years there, I reached 5 points within my first 6 months and had been over that limit for the rest of the 2 years one time even surpassing 10. But they still kept me and tried to work it out with me many times to try to lower it to meet company policy. But since this place is just too far away from home requiring me to take 2 hours to commute, there's just nothing I could've done until corporate issued the termination. Oh well, the management treated me nicely and so did the rest of the coworkers. Nothing bad about the people there.

Cons

Long hours, short breaks. Nowhere accessible for decent food. Company is out in the middle of nowhere industrial area. Bad policy on time off. Many other things like bad health benefits and such. The only thing I enjoyed was that I got my designer frames for $180 off retail price. THe people running dish needs to get their heads out of their a**es and stop mistreating the people working in this call center. We were forced to work more than any other call centers in other locations and paid less with no bonus as well. There were periods where we had mandatory overtime also. That was really the last straw and I gave up on them completely and started coming in whenever I wanted for about a month until they fired me.
