I know every job is going to have it's issues. But this job is seriously only for those with no life. They stress hitting metrics, like most every other job, but when you get close to hitting your bonus payout, something "miraculously" happens and you get a bad CSAT score, your monitored call has something just wrong enough to make your score drop just below payout score. This has happened to me many times and I've also heard this from other employees as well. They expect you to be at their beck and call the whole time they're open. Mandatory overtime, so don't plan after-work activities unless it includes Dish. Also, they do not care about you, they care about sales and numbers, like most other companies. But Dish takes it to a whole new level. You could have 130 sales, you will not see a DIME unless you've hit your metrics.
