Pros

-used to be pay, that’s changed over the years -free tv

Cons

-micromanaging galore(you ARE a number and replaceable) -no focus on mental health whatsoever -long hours -mandatory overtime constantly -horrible nasty customers -days you will want to just break down and cry -you are watched on every second of break you use -negotiations get worse every year, because Dish doesn’t want to spend money on negotiations because it takes away from other business lines. -it is dead end and no advancement, one person has been a manager for 20 years.
