      An environment that doesn't value it's human capital and is extremely distrusting.

      Pros

      Strong history of industry success, good growth story, many good people work there and have made careers, there's always a chance for a challenge/opportunity.

      Cons

      No work life balance, distrusting leadership and management culture, significant employee turnover, unprofessional leadership, non-competitive pay vs. industry, poor insurance benefits, employee favoritism during promotions, lack of formalized training, lack of awards/recognition, forced performance review bell curve, no solid mentoring from managment.

      Pros

      Knowledge of satellites to tv programming and learning how to figure out installation ideas on a min. notice.

      Cons

      The company is so horrible to their workers that I have never so many people quiting. There is a huge lack of communication in this company. This is not the military, this is a customer service company! If the company treats you, the employee, like a grunt, then more than likely will treat the customer the same way. It is a negative and very uncaring company. It is a shame cause there is so much potential for this company if it would focus on making the employees not feel like slaves.
