      Second rate company, second rate service, and treats employees like underwear, changes them everyday.

      Pros

      My paycheck never bounced. Other than that, I did not see much upside to dish network once I started working there.

      Cons

      Computers, chairs, and desks were frequently broken, managers were made to constantly push reps off of phone calls instead of helping the customers to keep "call handle times" low and keep bonuses up. Constant change in personnel, philosophy, and such made low/mid managers out to be liers a lot and bonuses/schedules messed up. My whole training class was promised certain raises and bonuses when we were hired, but never saw a dime. Overall, the company prides themselves on being cheap.

      Pros

      Although the pay isn't enough for what we do it is decent. The work goes by fast so you are not sitting around waiting for the day to end.

      Cons

      The benefits are horrible. They make you pay 2500 dollars out of your pocket before they will pay 80% percent of your medical. I paid medical for a year but could not use it because I didn't have the money to pay for the deductible. Horriible!! Oh and I almost for got. Almost every day you are putting your life at risk by climbing on 28 foot ladders just so that someone can watch HBO. Not worth it.
