Pros

Easy access to senior management, good brand name (Fortune 200 brand) on resume, competent and good hearted team members, nice office

Cons

Skill sets and responsibilities mismatch, lack of career development and growth, lack of insight into opportunities within DISH, inflexible with work hours, lack of empowerment of employees to make decisions, micro-management, blame-culture, unhappy environment due to majority of employees being unhappy with the company

Pros

Dish Network is one of the highest paid call centers in the area....they try (sometimes) to build morale by holding potlucks and having incentives about once a month.

Cons

1. Scheduling is a HUGE problem. No notice given, mandatory over time and no flexibility with scheduling. 2. Updates are daily and poorly communicated. 3. There is no balance. One moment they are focused on QA, the next AHT and the next CSAT. They seem to only approach problems once they exist. 4. Very unorganized and unsanitary bathroom conditions.
