Great Company to work for!

Pros

Dish had a very direct, fun and fair working environment. It was very competitive but kind of like fantasy football competitive. You want to win but still have fun doing it. It was a great place to work.

Cons

It is easy to get lost in the shuffle in a call center that large. If you are not careful you will become invisible.
