Ridiculous management; unlike any other place I have worked.
Charlie Ergen is an excellent entrepreneur; but a shockingly bad corporation owner.
I witnessed large (and very expensive) meetings where we were told how important it was to keep our shirts tucked in at work.
If you don't arrive by 8:30 am every day, you will be reported to your manager. Bizarre. Strangely though, they seem to have no problem in you working way past your 8 hour day, for no extra compensation.
Finger prints are needed to enter the building...
You work in 'warehouse' like conditions - there are no cubicle walls, and so there is no privacy. (Try concentrating in that type of environment.)
Health insurance is almost non existant - they have it, but it covers so little; prescription costs remain very high even when you've finally paid off the very large deductible.
