They have a decent training bonus - although it is used to lure you in.

Cons

selfish/deceitful managers, lack of transparency, health benefits stingy at best, treating employees horribly under the guise of having a progressive culture with arbitrary terminations and no accountability by supervisors (as others say, they will put your picture on the wall or promote you and fire you 2 days later without explanation)
