Pros

Good pay, stock opportunities, fun contests and rewards throughout the year

Cons

FMLA time not taken into account for performance metrics, which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If an employee truly has performance issues, why on earth would you have them train new hires for months and then term them? Shady practices, Dish Management.
