      Pros

      Worked with some talented people however most moved on.

      Cons

      Vertical silos compete with each other and cut throat atmosphere blame other groups when they make mistakes. Managers who mis represent performance and alter work tracking system entries. Harassment by product owners and non technical people making technical decisions. Micro management.

      Pros

      Co-workers are friendly. Some locations are not as draconian as HQ (ask a current employee off the record).

      Cons

      Culture of "No" to everything. Policies and procedures everywhere to prevent you from getting any work done. Benefits such as time off and health insurance are well below industry standard.
