Pros
Challenging opportunties for everybody who wants to work hard. Moving towards cutting edge technologies like Bigdata after 10/15 years of relying on traditional technologies.
Cons
Horrible medical benefits that doesnot match with industry standard($2500 deductible). No flexibility in timing which wont work in IT. Got 2 times as "worst places to work" and management claimed that they improved it but employees still feel nothing improved(health benefits,working from home). Work from home option Interview process is very lineant which allows very bad resources to be part of the team.
