Pros

The only pros I can think is they pay salary which helps to pay bills.

Cons

Very unprofessional management, biased managers and worst colleagues you would ever encounter in your life. You might even get fired if you come late to office after 9 am is absolutely Stupid rule they have. Work from home is not allowed what so ever even though you are provided with office laptop. Overall stay away from this garbage company!

Pros

There is some interesting stuff to work on. There are some good people to work with. Depending on the role, you might be able to negotiate for higher pay to compensate for the below-average benefits provided by Dish. You might need to go and get a competing offer to do so, and you might just accept the competing offer instead.

Cons

Company culture is based around extracting the maximum value for shareholders while providing the bare minimum that employees will put up with. This is the basis for every decision. If employees can be screwed, they will be. The health insurance is expensive and the deductibles are extremely high - even for a high-deductible health plan - easily twice as high as the competition. The 401k has a 20%-per-year vesting schedule and a minuscule company match ($2500 annual limit), so they don't really contribute anything to your retirement account. If you work there for a year, you only really get a $500 match. Meanwhile management will tell you that the benefits are above average. They're not.

Cons

-No work from home policy -Very low pay -Poor benefits -PTO capped at 15 days (after several years of employment!) -Broken equipment and furniture, generally poor office conditions -Regressive senior management who lead by "gut" over data
