Pros
Cool tech stack, most engineers and lower management are hardworking and smart, but chill. You will quickly learn technologies that will get you a job somewhere better.
Cons
Insane management- literally. Constantly changing "top priorities." Top teams torn apart to "sprinkle the talent around"- that is literally the phrase used by management (above the team manager in question). Three reorganizations in the last 18 months, in addition to two attempts at org-wide process changes. Absurd bureaucratic processes that are impossible to understand. Bonuses and pay frozen, generally high turnover that is currently spiking, and executives claiming that the turnover is due to "personal factors and nothing we can do."
