Opportunity to pave your own way as there is little established currently.

Cons

Poor management team and company structure in Dexis/KavoKerr Group in Alpharetta, GA. Several high level managers have moved on to greener pastures. Employee Engagement is at all-time low with issues of lack of trust in leadership, poor communication and lack of innovations as the top issues.

Good benefits. Lots of turnover so if you like the job it's fairly stable.

Cons

Lots of new people replacing good people who got fed up and left. New leadership has lots of half baked ideas.

Pros

Decent Benefits, a very strong stock. Large portfolio of well known companies under the Danaher umbrella. Pay is in line with industry.

Cons

Employees are over driven by way too many ineffective processes, a good portion of which are not applicable to the business unit. HR is extremely biased towards certain individuals to he point of turning a blind eye to problematic employees. Everything is about the bottom line. Innovation is not encouraged if there is a cost involved. Stress levels very high.
