      Pros

      The only true Pro is the people. They care and want to be successful. The company match on the 401k is a Pro too.

      Cons

      Too much DHR over-process nonsense, metrics, DBS, favoritism, back room dealings, lack of honest communication, lack of timely communication, poor leadership. Benefits are too expensive and pretty shabby.

      Pros

      I got paid ok but it was not worth the torture, good health coverage.

      Cons

      Stressful, unhealthy office environment, no privacy, no perks, no promotion from within, dead end job. Average life span as an application engineer is 2-3 years, unless you are trying to become a Sales Engineer. Hard to make friends with co-workers, due to open office environment.

      Pros

      Phenomenal experience and education on product management , refinement of strategic development skills, financial acumen and applying lean principles to manufacturing and field service operations. Incredibly smart environment.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not strongly encouraged or nurtured. You have to learn to establish your own boundaries butnrecognize that it may not be conducive to career growth. It is a hard driving environment.
