You will learn how to balance 5 jobs at once and accomplish the impossible with absolutely no resources or assistance.

Cons

Most heartless, mis-managed company I've ever worked at. The management manages to keep their jobs by firing everyone who tries to talk common sense, and then replaces them with foreign students here on a visa.
