      Pros

      Well focused company on growth. Implemented a lean system for yoy reduction of complaints by 50% or sales growth by a strechted goal for a specific country or area. One system implemented and owned by all companies under Danaher. The CEO would only request data based on that model, real leadership.

      Cons

      Very hard working environment, goals need to be met. Upper management involved in details as well.

      Pros

      Great work environment if you are competitive, hungry to learn and ready to take off. This role is ideal to those who are not or are in the midst of acquire a bachelor's. Lot of support given to almost everyone.

      Cons

      Few to mention as I didn't stay there for too long due to the fact that I am not a typical inside sales person. However, there are lot of associates on the inside sales team that have been there for too long, which isn't an advantage in the sales field.
