Top mgmt is good, RB, SK, and KC

Cons

Some of the OPCO VP's are absolutely incompetent , narcisitic jerks and exploit DBS and pay lip service but couldn't think critically at KG level. They harrass anyone who is competent at their job. So much for diversity and inclusion.

Backing stabbing revolving door environment at Leica Biosystems.

I have a few friends that I have met here. But most you cannot trust

Cons

Back stabbing environment. Revolving door. I work for Leica Biosystems which is owned by Danaher. This is the most toxic back stabbing place I have ever worked at. During the time I have been here, I have watched as employees and management set people up to fail, or make stuff up about employees just to get rid of them. The culture is tearing someone else down to make yourself look important. I am quietly looking for another job. If you are looking at working here, I highly recommend you think twice.
