They don't share that money with employees, they just push everyone to do more work and drag their feet for years on raises.

This is the first place I've worked where career development is actually a priority. And it's not just lip service - they actually give you the tools and resources to increase your self worth.

Cons

I'm disappointed by how little we give back. I mean we do, but it's not much compared to companies who have a lot less money. Be nice if they did a donation matching program for employees, increased the number of scholarships available toward kids etc. Also work/life balance has a long way to go. We are getting there and it really depends on your manager.

The company has many great processes that can be leveraged to improve business performance.

Cons

Executive management struggles to think outside of their own Danaher Business System. They fail to recognize when particular businesses are in up or down cycles. They spread the same requirements across all businesses, like peanut butter.
