Pros

Danaher is making gradual but slow effort to be a good company. You have options to go to another opco if your current opco is toxic. Ceo seems like a salt of the earth type of guy. But then again we don't know his true heart yet.

Cons

Diversity in HR does not equate no racism. It even thrives more. Discrimination in some opcos has deep roots that can not be uprooted. I had a manager threatening me no matter what he does the organization can not do anything to him. (He was white and I was Brown skin) Leadership changes to a woman or person of color is only putting lipstick on a pig in some horrible Danaher Opco.

Over worked, toxic environment. Tolerate bullies and, has to be worst company I worked for. I left without a job to go to to preserve my mental and physical health.

Great Benefits but way to many product issues and can make very low commission money certain years

Great benefits including company car, 401K and good health insurance. Good work life balance. Exceptional clinical apps team.

Cons

Defective products and Mammotome is switching parts out for cheaper products and it’s creating a TON of issues and ruining credibility with customers. Old products as well and the new products are me toos which are not making an impact. As a sales rep your always putting out fires. Be prepared to not make very much commission certain years (competitor have newer products) and it’s hard to recover some of these big loses.
