      You learn what the best of the best looks like

      The company has a growing reputation for aggressively protecting what it believes are its rights when employees leave, frequently causing employees to hire employment attorneys. Trey Martin is one of the few publicly noted ones, but there are many others. They may believe this is a good business practice, and, if so, good for them, they are rigorously following their practices. But if you work for Danaher and later on decide to find a new opportunity, be prepared to spend a lot of money on employment lawyers even if you know you didn't violate their terms.

      If you are looking for an extreme challenge this company will deliver. The benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Everyone is disposable. Leadership has little to no respect for employees and far less for contractors. The culture is push you beyond your limits in the hopes that you will get your bonus. The turnover rate is about 30% so they are constantly hiring and firing.
