Pros

If you have no interest in working, you can just smile and say "yes" to all the comments, you are good to go

Cons

Worse place too work, zero learning, no passion or motivation, small group of 2-3 people, hire interns with cheapest rate and ask them work more than full-times with no learning, none of the project are delivered complete, the manager has a very short-time vision of success, no interest in delivering their responsibilities right, I can go on and go on, there is no end for cons of the data science team at Danaher Labs

Pros

Company is good at squeezing every drop out of employees to make a profit. So company will probably continue to generate good profit and company is good at making ethical and safe choices, except not treating employees like humans. If you are executives, you are treated well, albeit it's a high pressure environment, but good compensation package. But don't bother if you are not executives. I was impressed by the caliber of most executives, i think they are very capable and bright. If you are a workaholic, this is the company for you!

Cons

treat employees like a machine, no mercy. If anyone in the dept ever leave, head count will not be replaced, the workload will be redistributed until the straw breaks the last camel. health insurance sucks. benefits sucks. i think 3 sick days a year from what i remember.

Pros

Strict adherence to bottomline benefit to company growth: drive to lowest cost/highest profit ratio, live by the spreadsheet, profess ethics in all business-related endeavors. Great stock to own.

Cons

DBS is a thinly veiled front OCD-like adherence to typical second year MBA "tools" which drive costs down and maximize profits regardless maintaining product quality on par with its particular application.
