Not much positive to say. Maybe the fact that danish demining group is a part of the company. Works in vulnerable areas and provide assistance mainly to refugees/

Cons

Lack of support from head quarters and home office. Very poor management makes people leaving organization in short period of time. Low salary and benefits.

Allowing of discriminative and sexist behaviors, and abuse of power from the area manager to employees, no accountability.
