      Great place for getting paid if you started more than 3 years ago for growth. under the right department, you can also progress with your career

      Cons

      management is not interested in outside of Dell experience nor are they interested in what you did at Dell before taking on whatever role you are currently in.

      Pros

      Exposure to areas outside of your function; size and scope of roles are much larger than one expects, but this makes for a more engaged and developed employee; great people to work with. The company has changed significantly over the past few years and seems to get it now.

      Cons

      The industry as a whole has been impacted by the economy, but this is cyclical; the company tends to be "round rock centric" but believe we are becoming more aware of this. Sometimes people are too nice and let things go.
