      Pretty much the same as others

      Pros

      The company has the customer in mind, this clears a lot of roadblocks and ends arguments. People are more focused and strive to obtain recognition by doing what's right for the customer. Just as all other IT companies, it has good benefits, particularly around working from home.

      Cons

      There is little room to develop talent unless you are based in India. Training programs are scarce and while you "own" your development, that means you may have to pay for it yourself on your own time.
